"I know that finding good insurance is usually not an easy task, but I would highly recommend State Farm (Jeff Gannon's office in Mount Juliet) and, in particular, the sales manager, Ms. Charma Cripps! Charma is amazing! She is always available to help me and answer my questions, always looking for the best option that meets my needs and searching for the best deals. I have worked with Charma for 6 years and, even finding better deals at other insurance companies, I don't believe I will find another "Charma" there. If you are looking for new insurance (whatever it may be), I strongly recommend that you try State Farm and talk to Charma Cripps at Jeff Gannon's offices (Mount Juliet or Lebanon/TN)."

"Will Earls is my knight in shining armor. I was recently involved in an MVA and my car was ultimately totaled. I was having trouble with the other insurance company and Will jumped in and helped me through the entire process. He was patient, kind and extremely helpful.
